From a young age, Heather has enjoyed the fine arts, a passion that she attributes to her diverse upbringing. Through her exposure to things such as museums, theater productions, and live music, Heather has developed a keen interest in adventure and travel. She enjoys visiting new places and discovering the local secrets of each new destination.
As an advocate and volunteer for The Women’s Fund, Heather also teaches community seminars and classes to young women who are interested in living a healthy lifestyle.
In her free time, Heather jumps at the chance to travel, spend an afternoon with her Godchildren, dance, cook, or exercise with friends. It is Heather’s mission to make it to New Zealand in the near future and surf the coastline.
With a degree in event and tourism management, Bianca has substantial experience in global events and the travel industry. She has also lived in several different countries over the last 10 years, contributing to her passion for meeting people and discovering new things.
Bianca is always open to creative and challenging experiences that help her think outside of the box. For this reason, she is currently learning French and attempting to understand the investment world of the stock market.
When she’s not at work, you can find Bianca quad racing, immersed in an art gallery, attending a concert, or experimenting in the kitchen.

With a strong background in corporate training, leadership and employee recruitment, and sales, she has gained valuable experience which has made her adept at working with leaders of all levels.
An avid people person, Michelle takes pride in serving others and building strong new rapports with people. She loves to spend time with her Yorkie, Eli, her family, and her son. And she also enjoys a healthy does of dark chocolate, coffee, and gelato. Michelle is a health enthusiast who is ever mindful of body, mind, and spirit, and would describe herself as a lifetime learning and positive mindset junkie. Designing unique guest experiences is Ethan’s passion, and he has extensive experience doing so in cultural institutions. Ethan has specialized in creating tour programs, informal engagement experiences, and team building programs for notable organizations across the globe.
Ethan also has a background in building custom training experiences for some of the world’s leading corporations.
In his spare time, Ethan enjoys cooking, adventuring, reading non-fiction, and seeking new craft breweries.
Tara has spent the majority of her career as a college educator and diversity trainer and consultant. She grew into this field from her background in Cultural Studies, History, and Literature. Tara is passionate about helping stakeholders make meaningful connections in their work, and she has led a number charitable and philanthropic initiatives in countries across the world.
An avid traveler, Tara has traveled the world in search of great hiking spots and cultural art. She is also a music enthusiast, a singing nerd, and a storyteller.
In her free time, Tara loves to roller skate, camp, and binge on audiobooks.
If there are two things at the core of what makes Lynn who she is, they are event planning and adventure. She has spent time living abroad, where she planned a variety of small and larger-scale charity events ranging from galas to spelling bees and even fishing tournaments.
Lynn started out as a journalist before joining the Foreign Service and acting as a diplomat in Africa and Eurasia. From there, she attained an advanced degree in philanthropy and started working with not-for-profit organizations.
Travel, theater, and teaching (or the Three T’s, as she calls them) are Lynn’s greatest passions. She’s also a licensed tour guide in several cities and loves leading walking tours and food tours. She even produces live theater productions and moonlights as a teacher.
Pattie has a diverse background as an author, speaker, trainer, team builder, and coach. She is passionate and energetic, bringing her years of experience to work for her clients. Her personal vision is to make a difference and empower people to be the best they can be – and she lives this vision with every client engagement.
Before joining the team at Outback, Pattie was a senior leader for global Fortune 500 companies and owned her own consulting company.
She loves to travel for work with clients, lounge in the sun with her husband and two dogs, cook, entertain friends, and relax with a good book.
Heather played a wide variety of sports, including softball, tennis, basketball, and soccer before finding her true love, volleyball, which she played competitively – including 12 seasons on the pro beach volleyball tour. From her passion of sports grew her career working with corporate teams. She offers entertaining, engaging, and educational professional workshops.
In her spare time, Heather is an avid gardener and pet mom to her dog, Kalani, and cat, Sakaki. At home, she grows organic vegetables and even raises hundreds of butterflies, with species ranging from monarchs to swallowtails, fritillary, and Sulphur.
Heather is a lifelong learner. She graduated from university with a designation in Journalism. She also recently added Associate degrees in Human Services; Social & Behavioral Science; Supervision & Management; and Emergency Management/Homeland Security to her formal education.
Laura’s foray into team building began as a result of her background as a Physical Education coach and teacher. This created in her a passion for training people to work together and helping to build teams. In both sports and work, she strives to find the best in people, encourages them to share their strengths within their teams, emphasizes the importance of taking risks for the benefit of the group, and helps them develop their leadership skills. She approaches everything with a can-do attitude and loves to create memorable events and experiences for people of all ages.
In her spare time, Laura is part of a Search and Rescue team along with her two Golden Retrievers who assist in lost person searches. Her happy place spans from the water to the mountains and the desert. She also volunteers with HOPE Animal Assisted Crisis Team and travels around the nation supporting anyone that has been affected by a disaster or crisis.
Known as a Tiramisu Chef Extraordinaire amongst family and friends, she proactively reminds herself that life is fun, and that everything is better with polka dots, rubber chickens, hot pink, playing cards, and coffee.
